Deposits
(For a quick and easy-to-understand video, check out our ‘How to make a Deposit’ video tutorial on YouTube.) To make a deposit, go to the Deposit page of your Account. Currently, there are 2 deposit options on PrimeXBT - Direct BTC deposits and Alternative Deposits:
Direct BTC deposits are deposits from your personal BTC wallets to your PrimeXBT Wallet.
Copy your personal PrimeXBT wallet address
Paste it into the destination field on the site/wallet service from which you are sending funds (or scan the provided QR code)
Alternative deposits allows you to buy BTC using a Credit Card (fiat currencies) and have it transferred to your PrimeXBT wallet.
Select the currency and amount you wish to pay with
Click ‘Exchange’.
You will now be redirected to the Changelly site, where you can enter your payment details and confirm the transfer:
Deposits require 3 block confirmations which usually takes around 40 minutes. Please note that this timeframe can vary during times of blockchain congestion. PrimeXBT does not charge any deposit fees
Once your deposit has been processed on the blockchain, it will be reflected in your Deposit history.
