Understanding the platform Interface

PrimeXBT platform interface consists of 3 main sections:

Account - this section is used for making deposits, withdrawals, changing account settings and keeping track of your account’s activity and statistics. Trade - also known as Trading Terminal, this section is used to monitor the market, place trades and control your orders and positions. Covesting (under development)

Let's take a separate look at the Account and Trade sections.

Account (main section)

The Account section of the platform allows you to manage your account. Here you can place deposits and withdrawals, change account language, security settings, keep track of your Affiliate (referral) network. The Account section consists of 5 sub-sections: 1) Account Summary 2) Deposit 3) Withdraw 4) Affiliate earnings 5) System preferences Let’s take a look at these 5 sub-sections.

Account Summary (sub-section)

TheAccount summarypage is used to monitor trading history and account statistics. This page consists of 4 parts: Wallet, Account Status, Trading account, Trading history+Account Statement button (highlighted with blue in the screenshot above). 1) Wallet reflects your Wallet balance and Available wallet balance (balance + all pending transactions).

2) Account Status shows turnover based trade fee discount progression (0%, 25% or 50% in accordance with your turnover levels for the past 30 days)

3) Trading account reflects your Trading account statistics:

- Equity: Trading account balance + unrealized P/L (from all open positions) + Reward - Available funds: amount of funds that can be withdrawn to your wallet or used for trading. - Available margin, %: reflects the amount of available margin as a % value. - Reward: reflects bonus Equity received from special offers or promotions. - Trade fee discount: reflects any active trade fee discounts on your account. - 'Fund trading account' and ‘Withdraw to wallet’: buttons used for internal transfers of funds between your Trading account and Wallet Note: transfers betweenTrading account and Wallet are instant and free.

4) Trading History shows the last 30 executed trades on your account. The ‘Account statement’ button allows you to generate an account statement with detailed logs of Trading activity for the desired time period (see Understanding Account Statement for more details)

Deposit (sub-section)

The ‘Deposit’ page reflects information about your deposits, and allows you to make deposits to your Wallet. This page consists of 3 parts: Deposit, Alternative deposits and Deposit history.

1) Deposit reflects information about deposit conditions as well as your personal PrimeXBT wallet address and QR code:

Note: The minimum deposit is 0.001 BTC. When making a deposit make sure to transfer Bitcoin only. Sending other coins or tokens to your PrimeXBT wallet address may result in the loss of your deposit. 2) Alternative deposits allows you to purchase BTC on Changelly, using a credit card and have it transferred to your PrimeXBT wallet:

Withdraw (sub-section)

The ‘Withdraw’ page allows you to place or cancel withdrawals and reflects all external withdrawal history and conditions. This page consists of 3 parts: Withdraw, Transfer details and Withdrawal history. 1) Withdraw is used for placing external withdrawals and adding new withdrawal addresses:

- Destination Address: used to select a withdrawal address or add a new address. - Amount (₿): used to select BTC withdrawal amount. - Submit to withdraw: click this button to confirm the selected withdrawal. 2) Transfer details reflects information of a withdrawal currently selected in Withdraw module:

- Destination: reflects the selected withdrawal address - Transfer amount: reflects the selected withdrawal amount - Transfer fee: reflects internal withdrawal fee (fixed 0.0005 BTC) - You will send: reflects the Transfer amount after Transfer fee deduction has been applied. EXAMPLE of a withdrawal: Destination Address in Withdraw = Destination in Transfer details Amount (₿) in Withdraw = Transfer amount in Transfer details = 0.40050000 You will send in Transfer details = (Transfer amount - 0.0005 Transfer fee) = 0.40000000

Affiliate earnings (sub-section)

The ‘Affiliate earnings’ page reflects information about your referral network and payouts. This page consists of 3 main parts: Affiliate program, Your stats and Your affiliate network.

1) Affiliate program reflects your personal referral link and allows you to download a marketing kit containing materials to help you promote your referral link:

System Preferences (sub-section)

The ‘System preferences’ page allows you to change system settings, such as language, email notifications, 2FA etc. This page consists of 4 parts: Personal Settings, Security Settings, Notifications, and Last Login. - Personal Settings: change account language - Security Settings: change account password and enable/disable Google 2FA. - Notifications: enable/disable email notifications for Logins/Liquidation/Margin Call - Last Login: reflects information about the 10 latest logins to your account.

Trade (main section)

The Trade section, also know as Trading terminal or Trade interface, is where all trading actions are performed.

The Trade section of the platform is used to monitor the market, place trades, control your orders, positions and reflects detailed statistics of your Trading account. This page consists of 2 main parts: the Financial Summary bar and your Workspace (outlined with yellow in the screenshot above).

Financial Summary bar

The Financial Summary bar consists of 3 parts: +Add Widgets button, Trading mode button and Trading account statistics. 1) +Add Widgets button allows you to open the widget menu and add widgets to your Workspaces.

Clicking on the +Add Widgets button will bring up the Widget menu:

There are 7 different widgets which can be added to your Workspace: - Chart widget: highly customizable Chart with a large array of charting tools - Watchlist widget: helps monitor market activity for selected trading pairs - Dashboard widget: shows Spreads for selected assets and specific order volumes. - Positions widget: allows you to manage all open Positions. - Orders widget: allows you to manage all active Orders. - Trades widget: reflects recently executed Orders. - Messages widget: reflects logs of all recently placed, cancelled, rejected, modified or executed orders, as well as margin call and position liquidation notifications.

2) Trading mode button allows you to select the desired trading mode. Clicking on this button will bring up the Trading mode menu:

There are 3 Trading modes: - Regular trading: a 'New order' form is brought up whenever you attempt to place a trade. This will allow you to select additional parameters for your trade before sending your orders. Additionally you will receive a confirmation prompt whenever Sending/Cancelling/Closing an order or position. - One-click trading: allows you to control orders and positions with one-click. Orders and positions will be Sent/Canceled/Closed immediately and without confirmation prompts. Default order type is set to 'Market'. No protection orders are attached to new orders (but can be added manually after an order has been placed). New order quantity is defined by the quantity selector near the trade (Red/Green) buttons. - Dbl-click trading allows you to control orders and positions via double-clicks. When double-clicking, orders and positions will be Sent/Canceled/Closed immediately and without confirmation prompts. Default order type is set to 'Market'. No protection orders are attached to new orders unless added manually after an order has been sent. New order quantity is defined by the quantity selector near the trade (Red/Green) buttons.

Note: Make sure to exercise caution when using One-click and Dbl-click trading as accidental clicks can lead to unwanted orders being placed. 3) Trading account statistics reflect current Trading Account info.

- Balance: Trading account balance - Reward: reflects bonus Equity received from special offers or promotions - Equity: reflects Balance + Unrealized P/L (from all open positions) + Reward - Unrealized P/L: reflects combined Profit/Loss from all open position - Used margin: margin that is currently reserved in open positions - Available margin: free margin that can currently be withdrawn to Wallet or used for trading - Available margin%: free margin that can currently be withdrawn to Wallet or used for trading reflected in % value


Workspace is the area of the Trade page where all of your widgets are shown. All trading is performed in your workspaces.

The 4 default widgets are Chart, Watchlist, Positions and Orders. You can add or remove any widgets from your workspace. Also you can move, rearrange and resize widgets by clicking and dragging them by the borders.
